For Educators
We believe that there is no substitute for the DIY approach – if you do it, you will learn it. Thus, our learning programs emphasize on more than 70% practical, hands-on training. With access to a world-class studio and exposure to real and commercial industry projects, our students get a chance to working intimately with the tools and technology that are current, and thus are uniquely placed to secure a career in the media and entertainment industry.

Meet the Founders
Instil Media was formed by an experienced team of professionals from the Media and Entertainment Industry, drawing from a collective experience of over 5 decades across various domains. Our team is dedicated to providing best-in-class training and education services in the professional media sector.
Shreedhar is an Avid Certified Master Instructor. He specialises in designing workflow-based education and training programmes. He strives to create a learning environment that is both engaging and fun.

Dhananjay is a multi-talented sound engineer and sound designer with an eye for detail and a passion for music. With more than 30 commercial films to his credit, he also directed two films, worked as executive producer and art director.

In addition to being a singer-songwriter and musician, Abhijeet has spent over 25 years in the IT and services industry, helping him get a corporate perspective into education. He is responsible for getting in a wholistic approach to our educational offerings.
